Folk News 27th June-3rd July

Nice to have PAUL DOWNES in our area again (Saturday, North Boarhunt's Forest Folk Song & Ale), also ANDY CLARKE (Dorking, Wednesday, with Steve Tyler).  Also worth seeing: Roy Bailey & Robb Johnson at Crawley, Maz O'Connor with Hazel Askew at Grayshott (both on Sat.), and perhaps write a song with Richard Digance on Sunday at the Forest Folk Song & Ale.  There'll be a song from Paul Downes on Folk For All this Thursday (26th) 6pm-7pm http://www.chr1431.org.uk/Listen-Live in amongst another letter from the Folk Alphabet.  Did you hear "Bella Hardy Goes Home" (to Edale, Derbys.) on Radio 4?  I-player is here:http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0477r69 or catch the repeat Saturday 3.30pm (but you'll be listening to Chichester Hospital Radio, then, of course).
